Abstract
Procédé d'assemblage d'un serpentin d'échangeur de chaleur. Selon le procédé, on forme des plaques 20 d'ailettes en bande 22 dans lesquelles les ailettes sont raccordées entre elles par des languettes frangibles. On empile les plaques de façon que les ouvertures qu'elles comportent soient alignées et on enfile des tubes 32 en épingle à cheveux dans ces ouvertures pour former un groupe de tubes en serpentin à ailettes comportant plusieurs faisceaux de tubes. A un point quelconque des étapes de fabrication ultérieures à ce stade, on rompt les languettes 26 entre les faisceaux pour former des serpentins individuels à une ou plusieurs rangées de tubes. Application aux échangeurs de chaleur pour appareils de climatisation et de réfrigération.
