Abstract
Procédé de fabrication d'un serpentin d'échangeur de chaleur, à plusieurs rangées de tubes, mis en forme. Selon le procédé, on superpose en alignement une série de plaques d'ailettes 22 en bande, ces ailettes comportant des orifices et étant jointes entre elles dans chaque plaque par des languettes frangibles 26, on enfile dans les orifices des tubes 34, 36 en épingle à cheveux de diverses longeurs en fonction de la configuration finale désirée du serpentin, on renfle les tubes pour assurer un ajustage serré entre les tubes et les ailettes, une partie au moins des languettes étant rompue au cours de l'opération de renflement de sorte que les ailettes sont séparément espacées le long de chaque rangée de tubes et on cintre les rangées de tubes sous la configuration désirée. Application aux échangeurs de chaleur pour équipement de climatisation et de réfrigération.
