Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition destinée à améliorer la réceptivité à l'encre des images d'impression lithographique. Cette composition contient un solvant organique liquide capable de ramollir la surface de l'image d'impression et une matière oléophile filmogène et résistant aux substances alcalines, par exemple une solution dans un hydrocarbure liquide d'un hydrocarbure ou graisse normalement solide. La composition est destinée à être utilisée dans le cas où l'image d'impression est formée par développement alcalin d'un revêtement sensible à un rayonnement exposé à une image, par exemple une résine phénol-formaldéhyde en mélange avec un sensibilisateur. Elle peut être appliquée avant exposition pour former une couche oléophile résistant aux substances alcalines sur le revêtement sensible, ou bien après exposition à une image mais avant développement par des substances alcalines.
