Abstract

Buse de texturisation de fils, comportant un corps 10 contenant une aiguille 11 à alésage axial 36 terminé par une tête tronconique 31 et un bouchon 12, contenant une tuyère Venturi 40, 43 dont la surface tronconique convergente est disposée en regard de la tête tronconique de l'aiguille, le fil étant introduit à la partie supérieure 50 de l'aiguille et de l'air comprimé arrivant (en 18) à l'intérieur du corps de la buse en amont du bouchon. Le rapport de la distance axiale, parallèlement à l'axe 53 de la buse, entre les deux surfaces tronconiques 32, 40 au diamètre de l'orifice 37 de l'aiguille est inférieur à 0,5.
