Abstract
Circuit logique commutateur de courant. Le circuit reçoit plusieurs entrées logiques, ayant chacune une fluctuation de tension prédéterminée, qui fournissent une sortie logique en phase et une autre déphasée, chacune ayant cette fluctuation de tension prédéterminée et étant une fonction logique prédéterminée de ces entrées. Ce circuit utilise uniquement une seule source d'alimentation, la masse, reliée à la base du transistor T13 et couplée aux transistors T10 et T13 , ayant des diodes de limitation de saturation et de transition D1 , D2 , et une diode D3 connectée entre les émetteurs de T10 et T13 . Peut être utilisé dans tout type de circuit logique.
