Abstract

L'invention a trait à un absorbeur de variation de pression. Elle a pour objet un compresseur centrifuge ou autre dispositif à charge dynamique pour délivrer un fluide compressible sous pression et possédant une enveloppe délimitant un trajet de fluide comprenant un orifice d'admission et une chambre dans laquelle tourne une turbine accélérant le fluide pénétrant dans la chambre; un diffuseur recevant le fluide accéleré; et un collecteur déchargeant le fluide sous pression reçu du diffuseur. Un absorbeur de variation de pression est monté en communication aérodynamique et acoustique directe avec le fluide dans le diffuseur pour absorber des variations de pression acoustique et aérodynamique. Application : notamment à la réduction du bruit et à l'accroissement du rendement de compresseurs centrifuges.
