Abstract

Nouveaux composés du type gonadiène-4,9(10), leur procédé de fabrication et leur application thérapeutique. Des composés du type méthoxy-3 R-13 beta gonadiène-2,5(10) spire-17 beta oxirane-1 '2', où R représente un radical alcoyle, sont dissociés par réaction avec des agents nucléophiles dans des solvants organiques à température ambiante ou plus élevée, de façon à obtenir les composés correspondants du type méthoxy-3 CH2 X-17 alpha R-13 beta gonadiène-2,5(10) ol-17 beta où X peut représenter entre autres C1, Br, F, N3, SNC, CN, OH ou NH2 puis ceux-ci sont hydrolysés au moyen d'un catalyseur faiblement acide pour obtenir les composés correspondants du type hydroxy-17 beta CH2 X-17 beta R-13 beta gonaén-5(10) one-3, lesquels sont enfin soumis à un traitement par un agent d'halogénation et à une déshydrohalogénation subséquente. Les composés suivant l'invention servent à traiter des affections endocriniennes et à influencer la reproduction chez l'homme et chez les animaux.
