Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un dispositif de lubrification pour paliers à patins comportant au moins une pompe basse pression qui assure le graissage hydrodynamique des patins et une pompe haute pression qui fournit de l'huile au patin au démarrage. Ce dispositif est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des thermocouples mesurant la température des patins, près de leur surface de glissement et commandant la mise en route de la pompe haute pression qui alimente les patins dès que la température mesurée dépasse une valeur de consigne. L'invention est applicable aux paliers à patins pour pièces tournantes de poids élevé et de grand diamètre, notamment pour tambour de broyeur.
