Abstract

L'invention concerne l'industrie de la distillation. Elle vise un procédé de séparation d'un composé et de l'eau dans un mélange les contenant, par distillation azéotropique, en présence d'un agent d'entraînement devant être reflué, caractérisé en ce qu'on détecte une variation de la température dans la partie inférieure de la zone azéotropique, où la teneur en agent d'entraînement dans la composition liquide varie dans une large mesure, et qu'on renvoie une portion de l'agent d'entraînement dans cette région, en fonction de la variation de température détectée, afin de supprimer la variation dans la zone azéotropique. Application à la séparation, d'avec l'eau, de composés tels que l'acide acétique, le n-butanol, l'éthanol, le propanol ou le méthanol.
