Abstract

L'invention concerne un oscillateur à quartz fonctionnant en mode de cisaillement d'épaisseur. Une masse additionnelle destinée au réglage de la fréquence, et fixée sur une électrode d'attaque, a une forme non circulaire, ou sa position est décalée par rapport au centre de la plaquette de quartz. Cette masse additionnelle élimine ou réduit le phénomène de fréquence anormale. L'invention s'applique notamment à des oscillateurs à quartz en circuit intégré du type CMOS.
