Abstract
Procédé pour la génération de masses biologiques ayant une teneur élevée en protéines et moyens adaptes à ce procédé. Ce procédé comprend l'opération de fermentation d'un milieu de culture à l'aide d'une nouvelle souche du genre Candida, désignée par SP M 180 cc, qui métabolise le methanol comme source exclusive de carbone et d'énergie, à une température allant de 20 degrés C à 35 degrés C et à un pH de 2,5, à 6,5, ce qui permet d'obtenir un rendement de croissance élevé. Ce procédé permet d'obtenir des protéines avec des coûts moins élevés que dans le cas des proteines obtenues à partir du pétrole.
