Abstract

Procédé de production de biomasses d'origine microbienne à l'aide de la souche de levure Candida valida déposée sous le n degrés NRRL- 11119 et utilisant l'éthanol comme source de carbone et d'énergie. On obtient des biomasses protéiniques de très bonne qualité utilisables pour l'alimentation humaine et animale.
