Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un procédé et une machine de fabrication de demi-coquilles de coudes tubulaires. Elle est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une paire de cylindres profilés servant à cintrer la bande de tôle en lui donnant une section droite de forme demi-circulaire, un outil de tension placé en arrière et dont le mouvement alternatif dans la direction de déplacement de la bande de tôle est commandé, un outil de cintrage dans lequel la bande peut être tendue et qui peut pivoter d'un angle correspondant à l'angle de courbure de la demi-coquille, ainsi qu'un outil de découpage placé en arrière de l'outil de cintrage. Elle se rapporte à la fabrication de coudes tubulaires.
