技术领域
本发明属于钢结构构件制作加工领域,具体涉及一种双曲相贯盖板压制工艺。
背景技术
在体育场馆、会展中心、商业中心屋面等钢结构工程中,存在大量圆管相贯焊接节点,在常规结构设计中,此相贯圆管因结构受力的原因需加设加强板(盖板)。因结构形式为端头为相贯口具有两个方向弯曲面,致使此盖板从出图方式及压制方法均为制作难点,工厂较难精确的制作此零件。有鉴于此,本申请人提供一种双曲相贯盖板压制工艺,解决了双曲相贯零件的制图和压制成型的问题,本案由此产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种双曲相贯盖板压制工艺,是为了解决双曲相贯盖板无法精确加工制作的问题,使工厂从零件图的出图方法、零件的压制方法两方面的革新,较高精度的制作双曲相贯盖板。  为了达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:一种双曲相贯盖板压制工艺,包括如下步骤:a、进行盖板零件图的制图;b、按深化展开图进行下料,按零件图进行尺寸检查;c、采用折弯机,将盖板按照零件图进行折成瓦片状;d、将折成瓦片状的盖板,放入简易模具中压制成型;e、按零件图进行尺寸检查,如存在偏差,采用模具二次休整即可。
进一步,所述步骤a具体为:将零件尾部弧形端面等分为N段,依次测量出等分点至相贯口长度,根据结果在展开图上依次描点进行放样,作出相贯线的展开图样线,最后将各端点用样条曲线命令依次连接,所得曲线即相贯线展开曲线。
进一步,所述步骤d具体为:机械化热弯成型工艺,热弯设备包括感应加热系统、推动轴、弧形瓦片压弯模具;受感应加热系统加热的待弯弧形瓦片,瓦片首部采用凹凸模具弯弧成型,尾部受推动轴推动;加热温度控制在900℃以内,当瓦片温度升高到塑性状态时,在尾部用机械推力推进,采用弯圆模具进行瓦片弯圆加工,成型后迅速用冷却剂冷却,通过边推进、边弯制、边冷却的方式进热弯加工。
本发明的有益效果:本发明有效的保证成品零件的曲面精度,提高了生产效率,提升了制作相贯节点的综合技术能力。

1.一种双曲相贯盖板压制工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:a、进行盖板零件图的制图;b、按深化展开图进行下料,按零件图进行尺寸检查;c、采用折弯机,将盖板按照零件图进行折成瓦片状;d、将折成瓦片状的盖板,放入简易模具中压制成型;e、按零件图进行尺寸检查,如存在偏差,采用模具二次休整即可。
