Abstract

L'invention concerne les circuits capables de fournir un potentiel de référence stable. Les transistors Q 1 et Q2 sont branchés dans une configuration particulière dans laquelle la différence entre leurs tensions émetteur-base présente un coefficient de température positif, et cette différence est amplifiée puis additionnée à l'une des tensions émetteur-base pour obtenir un potentiel qui, après multiplication par une constante, donne le potentiel de référence désiré. Application aux régulateurs de tension en circuit intégré.
