Abstract

La présente invention concerne un circuit limiteur de tension comprenant un transistor écrêteur T1, un circuit en anneau comprenant deux circuits de miroir de courant T1 - T4 fermés sur eux-mêmes, un premier circuit de miroir de courant T1 et T2 comprenant le transistor écrêteur T1 et étant connecté par ses bornes ne participant au circuit en anneau à l'une des deux bornes A, B de la source de tension Q et le second circuit de miroir de courant T3, T4 étant connecté par ses bornes ne participant pas au circuit en anneau à une source de tension d'alimentation Vcc, et une première source de courant S1 fournissant un courant de polarisation 10, l'électrode de commande du transistor écrêteur T1 étant connectée à une source de tension auxiliaire H.
