Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the fluctuations of the holding valtage of a capacitor owing to input current by providing another current route flowing the current equal to the input current component of the capacitor to the combined circuit of an integrated circuit amplifier and a holding capacitor.
CONSTITUTION: An input compensating circuit CC is provided in order to prevent the fluctuations of the holding voltage by the input current of an integrated circuit amplifier OP used in combination with a holding capacitor CH. This is constituted of Trs Q7WQ12' and the emitter area of Q7 is 1/2 that of a current source Tr Q1. Since the bias of its base is made common, this serves as a current source of the current value is 1/2 that of Q1. TrQ8 is of the same characteristics as those of input stages Q2, Q3 and is disposed adjacently to these. Since the TrQ8 is applied with the current of the current source Q7 at its emitter, the base curret of the TrQ8 assumes the same value as that of the base current of the Q3. This current is connected to + input terminal, that is, the base terminal of Q3 via the current mirror circuit of TrsQ10, Q11, Q12, whereby the base current of the Q3 is negated approximately.
