回路の回路図、第２図は電子スイッチを用いた従来の直
流定電圧出力回路装置の回路図、第３図は本考案直流定
電圧出力回路装置の一実施例を示す回路図である。 図中、９および２２は電源電圧供給端子、１０はスイッ
チ用トランジスタ、１１および１３はバイアス電圧設定
用可変抵抗器、１５はスイッチ切換用電圧入力端子、１
９および２０は逆流防止用ダイオード、２１は定電圧出
力トランジスタ、２３は定電圧出力端子、２５ｄ６よび
２６は電流路、２７および２８は可変抵抗器の摺動子を
それぞれ示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 第１電流路に設けられた第１可変抵抗器および第２電流
    路に設けられた第２可変抵抗器と、これら可変抵抗器の
    摺動子がそれぞれアノードに接続された第１ダイオード
    および第２ダイオードと、これらダイオードのカソード
    が共にベースに接続されたトランジスタとを具える直流
    定電圧出力回路装置において、第１電流路に電子スイッ
    チを設け、この電子スイッチがオンのときに第１可変抵
    抗器の摺動子に設定されるバイアス゛電圧が第２可変抵
    抗器の摺動子に設定されるバイアス電圧よりも大きくな
    って第２ダイオードが逆バイアスされるように第１およ
    び第２可変抵抗器を調整し、前記電子スイッチがオンの
    ときに第１可変抵抗器の摺動子に設定される電圧を第１
    ダイオードを経て前記トランジスタのベースに供給し、
    前記電子スイッチがオフのとき第２可変抵抗器の摺動子
    に設定されるバイアス電圧を第２ダイオードを経て前記
    トランジスタのベースに供給することにより、前記トラ
    ンジスタより２種の直流電圧出力を選択的に出力できる
    ようにしたことを特徴とする直流電圧出力回路装置。
