Abstract
L'invention a pour objet une nouvelle NADH-peroxydase extraite de Streptococcus faecalis ATCC 8043. Cette nouvelle enzyme qui oxyde la NADH au moyen de H2 O2 en NAD et H2 O est caractérisée par une constante de Michaelis KM par rapport à H2 O2 de 2,8. 10**-5 M et par rapport à NADH de 1,7.10**-5 M, mesurées à 25 degrés C dans un tampon TRIS 0,2 M à pH 6,0, renfermant 0, 1M d'acétate de potassium. Cette enzyme sert au dosage de H 2 O2 selon une réaction unique ou couplée ou au dosage du glucose, des aminoacides de types D et L, du cholestérol et des esters, des alcools, de l'acide urique, de la xanthine et de l'hypoxanthine selon des réactions couplées en présence d'autres enzymes de types appropriés.
