Abstract

L'invention concerne de nouvelles formes du D(+)-1-(3-hydroxyphényl)-2-aminorpopane qui consistent en sels d'addition d'acides physiologiquement acceptable, notamment le bitartrate. On peut administrer les composés comme antihypotoniques et sympathomimétiques en tablettes, capsules, dragees, sirops, solutions, suspensions et gouttes et suppositoires, la dose unitaire étant de 30 à 50 mg pour l'administration intraveineuse et de 10 à 120 mg pour l'administration orale.
