Claims (6)

1. Förfarande för framställning av amikacin med formeln
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känne-t e c k n a t därav, att pH är 4,5 - 6,5.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känne- , t e c k n a t därav, att det nämnda diskyddade derivatet 5 av kanamycin A är skyddat i 6'- och 3-positioner med acyl-grupper, nämligen bensyloxikarbonyl-, substituerad bensyl-oxikarbonyl-, alkoxikarbonyl-, ftaloyl- eller halogenal-kylkarbonylgrupper.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 3, känne-10 tecknat därav, att acylskyddsgruppen är bensyloxikarbonyl, p-nitrobensyloxikarbonyl och p-metoxibensyloxi-karbonyl.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känne-tecknat därav, att det nämnda aprotiska lösnings- 15 medlet är ett alifatiskt kolväte eller ett halogenerat alifatiskt kolväte.
