Claims (6)

1. Förfarande för framstälining av en terapeutiskt användbar pentasackarid med formeln 5 050¾ R10 C^-O riif\P^XoXr^ yv£TXoXjjjiX l· l*6 Is =-1 *’
10. E F G H där R1 är väte eller alkyl-(1-20 C), R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R11, R12 och R13 betecknar antingen väte 15 eller gruppen S03', R7, R8 och R9 betecknar nägon av grupperna OH, 0S03', NHS03' och NH-acyl, R10 är nägon av grupperna C00 , CH2OH och CH2OS03, k ä n-netecknat därav, att lämpliga skyddade konstruk-20 tionsblock, vilka bestär av D-glukos, L-idos, D-glukos-amin, D-glukuronsyra och L-iduronsyra, kondenseras till-sammans, varefter hydroxyl- och aminogrupper son skall sulfateras befrias frän sinä skyddsgrupper och behandlas med ett sul- faterande ämne, och hydroxylgrupper som inte 25 skall sulfa-teras befrias frän sinä skyddsgrupper efter sulfateringen av de övriga hydroxylgrupperna, och ladd-ningarna hos de olika laddade grupperna i pentasackariden kompenseras med lämpliga farmaceutiskt acceptabla mot-joner. 30
