Kirurginen verkkomainen materiaali Tämä keksintö kohdistuu venyvään, monisäikeiseen, neulottuun, kirurgiseen verkkomaiseen materiaaliin, jolle 5 on tunnusomaista, että säikeet on valmistettu polymeeristä, jossa on glykolihappoesterisidos, ja säikeet on niputettu tai kerrattu yli noin 60 denierin langaksi, jossa on enintään 4 monisäiettä, joista kussakin on enemmän kuin noin 25 säiettä, ja joka mainittu lanka on neulottu 10 verkkomaiseksi materiaaliksi, ja joita säikeitä tai verkkomaista materiaalia ei ole jäykistetty lämpökäsittele-mällä. ,
Keksinnön mukainen materiaali on käyttökelpoinen useissa sisäkirurgisissa toimenpiteissä, esimerkiksi tuk-15 kimisvälineenä painekoteloitaessa tai hoidettaessa tapaturmaisesti vahingoittuneita elimiä, kuten pernaa, maksaa tai munuaisia. Se on lisäksi käyttökelpoinen sydänverisuoni järjestelmän alueella tai aivoissa, ja suukirurgiassa, esimerkiksi hoidettaessa vaurioita ja edistettäessä 20 kudosten kasvua.
Materiaalin mittoja ja painoa rajoittavat vain sen käytännöllinen koko aiottua tarkoitusta varten; yleiset mitat ovat 100 x 100 - 250 x 325 mm ja paino 25 - 220 g/m2. Verkon aukkokoko on yleensä alle 6,35 mm. Mate-25 riaali voidaan myös valmistaa putkimaiseksi proteesiksi.
Materiaalin muotoa ja/tai geometrisia ääriviivoja selittävä piirustus ei ole tarpeellinen tämän keksinnön ymmärtämiseksi. Kuka tahansa alaan perehtynyt henkilö ymmärtää, miten valmistetaan ja käytetään tätä keksintöä 30 luettuaan tämän selityksen yleisesti sekä esimerkit eri tyisesti.
Kuten edellä mainittiin, säikeet on valmistettu polymeeristä, jossa on glykolihappoesterisidos. Polymeeri voi olla homopolymeeri tai sekapolymeeri, esimerkiksi ··-·: 35 glykolidistä ja trimetyleenikarbonaatista valmistettu 2 86257 kopolymeeri.
Lanka on edullisesti yli noin 60 denieriä ja se käsittää edullisesti 4 monisäiettä, jossa kussakin on yli 25 säiettä. Eräässä spesifisemmässä suoritusmuodossa on 5 lanka jopa 150 denieria ja lankaa kohti säikeiden kokonaislukumäärä jopa noin 75.
Glykolidin ja trimetyleenikarbonaatin kopoly-meeristä valmistettu lanka on edullisesti noin 65-85 denieriä.
10 Keksinnön mukaista materiaalia voidaan valmistaa 5,5 neula/cm:n trikooneulekoneella, jossa pistorakenne on etutanko f (2/0 2/4) x 2 (4/6 4/2) x 2, ja perätanko (4/6 4/2) x 2 15 (2/0 2/4) x 2
Materiaalin paino on edullisesti noin 135 - 340 g/cm2. Eräässä muussa suoritusmuodossa on verkon laatu noin 25 - 50 cm/480 riviä.
Esimerkissä 1 on yksityiskohtaisemmin selitetty 20 keksinnön mukaista materiaalia. Materiaali voidaan valmistaa 5,5 neulaa/cm:n trikooneulekoneella tai vaihtoehtoisesti 11 neulaa/cm:n Raschel-loimineulekoneella, käyttämällä 2-tankorakennetta. Kummassakaan tapauksessa ei verkkoa jäykistetä lämpökäsittelyllä.
25 Verkon neulomiseen käytetty lanka voi olla esimer kiksi noin 150 - 600 denieriä ja siinä voi olla 0,2-2 kierrettä/cm. Verkossa on edullisesti liroipistorakenne, jotta se ei purkautuisi.
Tämä materiaali on käyttökelpoinen etupäässä elin-30 ten hoidon alueella. Erityisen käyttökelpoinen voi materiaali olla hoidettaessa pehmeitä elimiä, esimerkiksi pernaa, maksaa tai munuaista. Tämä materiaali voi olla käyttökelpoinen myös hoidettaessa haimaa. Lopuksi on materiaali käyttökelpoinen elimen kannattimena elimen si-35 säisen paranemisen aikana; materiaalia voidaan myös käyt- 3 86257 tää retraktiokannattimena säteilyhoidossa.
Vertailuesimerkeissä 2 ja 3 esitetty materiaali on puolivenyvä verkko. Se voidaan neuloa 28 neulaa/cm:n trikookoneella käyttämällä 1-tankorakennetta. Verkko voidaan 5 neuloa 30-100 denierin langasta.
Tämä puoliksi venyvä verkko on käyttökelpoista vatsan seinämän ja tyrän hoidossa tai suukirurgiassa, väliaikaisena tukena tai täytemateriaalina kudosten kasvua edistettäessä.

Claims (4)
1. Venyvä, monisäikeinen, neulottu kirurginen verkkomainen materiaali, tunnettu siitä, että 5 säikeet on valmistettu polymeeristä, jossa on glykolihap-poesterisidos, ja säikeet on niputettu tai kerrattu yli noin 60 denierin langaksi, jossa on enintään 4 monisäiet-tä, joista kussakin on enemmän kuin noin 25 säiettä, ja joka mainittu lanka on neulottu verkkomaiseksi materiaa-10 liksi, ja joita säikeitä tai verkkomaista materiaalia ei ole jäykistetty lämpökäsittelemällä.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen materiaali, tunnettu siitä, että polymeeri on valmistettu glykolidista ja trimetyleenikarbonaatista.
3. Patenttivaatimusten 1 ja 2 mukainen materiaali, tunnettu siitä, että lanka on noin 65-85 denier iä.
