Claims (6)

1. Förfarande för framställning av en serviceled-ning (1), av frän varandra elektriskt isolerade koncent- 5 riska separata metallrör (5,6,7), särskilt för eldrivna undervattenspumpar, kännetecknat därav, att ett elektriskt isolerande plastskikt strängsprutas pä ett första foglöst draget kopparrör (5), det belagda kop-parröret (5a) inskjutes i ett andra foglöst draget kopio parrör (6) av större diameter, varefter det andra kop-parröret (6) drages härt fast i det f örsta rörets (5a) plastskikt.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att pä det andra kopparröret (6) 15 strängsprutas ett elektriskt isolerande plastskikt (9) och detta med plastskikt belagda sammansatta röret (6a) anord-nas i ett tredje metallrör (7), varefter metallröret drages härt fast i det andra kopparrörets plastskikt.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, 20 kännetecknat därav, att det andra eller tredje metallröret (6,7) drages genom en dragmatris (13,18) för att förminska diametern, varvid en vid omrädet för drag-matrisen anordnad dorn (14,19) stöder innerröret (5).
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, 25 kännetecknat därav, att ett flertal metallrör (5) anslutes tili varandra frän sinä ändar och föres genom en strängsprutmaskin (11), att rörens ytteryta beläggs med ett elektriskt isolerande plastskikt (8) medelst sträng-sprutmaskinen, att rören separeras frän varandra vid varje 30 anslutningspunkt efter att plasten härdat, ett det separata röret (5a) inskjutes i metallröret (6) av större diameter och att metallröret drages fast i plastskiktet, varvid det inre röret (5) stödes medelst dornen (14), att ett flertal dylika sammansatta rör (5a,6) anslutes tili var-35 andra vid sinä ändar och föres genom en andra strängsprut- 10 84994 ningsmaskin (16), som belägger det andra röret med ett elektriskt isolerande plastskikt (9), att de sammansatta rören (6a) efter att detta plastskikt härdat avskäres frän varandra vid anslutnlngspunkterna samt att varje separata 5 sammansatta rör (6a) inskjutes 1 det större metallröret (7) som drags fast i det sammansatta rörets plastiskikt, varvid Innerröret (5) fortfarande stödes medelst dornar (19).
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4, 10 kännetecknat därav, att varje med plastskikt belagda metallrör (5a) eller sammansatta rör (6a) in-skjutes i varje större metallrör (6,7) medelst ett lätt glapp, företrädesvis medelst hjälp av smörjningsmedel.
6. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-5, 15 kännetecknat därav, att varje ytterrörs (6,7) innerkant skäres före inskjutning av det med plast belagda metallröret (5a) eller det sammansatta röret (6a). Il
