Claims (5)
1. Förfarande för regenerering av en kokskontaminerad katalysator innefattande följande steg: a) den kokskontaminerade katalysatorn fär passera (11) in i en regenereringszon (12) och nedät genom regenereringszo-nen i form av en kompakt bädd (15, 19, 20); b) den kokskontaminerade katalysatorn (15) bringas i kon-takt med en syrehaltig gasström (31) i en förbränningszon, som är belägen inom regenereringszonen (12), i förhällanden som resulterar i en förbränning av det i den kokskontaminerade katalysatorn närvarande kolet, varvid en förbrännings-gasström bildas, som avlägsnas (26) frän regenereringszonen, samt en kolfattig katalysator; c) den kolfattiga katalysatorn (15) leds frän förbrän-ningszonen nedät genom en temperaturregleringszon belägen inom regenereringszonen (12), där den kolfattiga katalysatorn (15) bringas i kontakt med en temperaturreglerande gasström (30); och d) den kolfattiga katalysatorn leds frän temperaturregle-ringszonen nedät genom en torkningszon, som är belägen inom 22 81 277 regenereringszonen (12), där den kolfattiga katalysatorn (20) bringas i kontakt med en torkande gasström (37) för producering av en regenererad partikelformig katalysator; kännetecknat av att det ocksä innefattar följande steg: e) ätminstone merparten av förbränningsgasströmmen (27) komprimeras (29) tili en första processgasström (27); f) en första delfraktion av den första processgasströmmen (27) mätäs tili temperaturregleringszonen som ovannäranda temperaturreglerande gasström (30); och g) en andra delfraktion av den första processgasströmen (27) nedkyles (32), varefter den leds tili förbränningszonen som ovannämnda syrehaltiga gasström (31).
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, Jcännetecknat av att torkningsgasströmmen (37) innefattar syre och leds upp&t inom regenereringszonen tili förbränningszonen, varvid den matar i förbränningszonen konsumerat syre.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat av att kloreringszonen är belägen mellan temperaturregleringszonen och torkningszonen och att kloreringsgasströmmen (39) innefattande ett klorhaltigt ämne leds in i kloreringszonen .
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 3, kännetecknat av att kloreringsgasströmmen ocksä innefattar syre.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 4, kännetecknat av att kloreringsgasströmmen leds uppät genom kolfattig katalysator in i förbränningszonen, varvid syret i kloreringscfasströmmen konsumeras i förbränningszonen dä kolet brinner. Il
