1. AnalogifÖrfarande för framställning av terapeutiskt ver-kande antracyklinglykosider enligt forme1 (i)

0 OH I > (I) 0CH3 där X avser väte eller hydrox, kännetecknat därav, att 4-demetox-daunomycinon bringas upplöst i vatten-fri metylendiklorid att reagera i rumstemperatur med 2,3,6-trideox-3-trifluoracetamido-4-0-metyl-L-lyxo-hexa-pyranocylklorid under närvaro av silvertrifluormetansulfonat och en tnolekylsil sä, att en motsvarande N-trifluoracetyl-skyddad α-glykosid erhälles, och N-trifluoracetylskydds-gruppen avlägsnas medelst en lindrigt basisk hydrolys genom användning av 0,2 N vattenlösning av natriumhydroxid, varvid ett daunorubicinderivat (X®H) enligt formeln I erhälles som en fri bas, som upplöst i k1oroform behandlas med en 0,1 N metanollösning av klorväte sä, att motsvarande hydroklorid erhälles, som dä sä önskas slutligen ändras med brombehand-ling i kloroform och med hydrolys i rumstemperatur av det erhällna 14-bromderivatet med en vattenlösning av natrium-formiat tili ett doxorubicinderivat (X*OH) enligt formel I, som föreligger som en fri bas och ändras tili motsvarande hydroklorid.
