Claims (6)
1. Förfarande för framställning av vattenlösliga polymerer, vilka har en hög molekylvikt och vilka inne- 5 haller restmonomer eller -monoinerer endast i en ringa mängd och vilka är användbara i synnerhet säsom flockmedel, genom att besträla vid en väglängd av 150-500, företrädesvis 300-450 nm, ett tunnt skikt, vilket kontinuerligt beläggs pä ett rörligt underlag och vilket bestär av en polymerisations- 10 fotoinitiator innehällande syrefri vattenlösning av olefi-niskt omättade monomerer, kännetecknat dSrav, att fotoinitiatorn omfattar bensildimetylketal.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att halten av bensildimetylketal är 15 0,001-0,5, företrädesvis 0,003-0,3 vikt-% beräknat pä mängden monomer eller monomerer.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att monomervattenlösningen innehäller mindre än 1 mg syre per en liter lösning, att 20 lösningen besträlas i en fuktig atmosfär med en syrehalt under 5 %, under en tid av 5-20 min vid en väglängd av 300-450 nm och att besträlningseffekten höjes frän ett 2. värde av 20 W/m tili ett värde av 2000 W/m .
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, 25 kännetecknat därav, att monomeren utgörs av akrylamid, metakrylamid, akrylsyra, metakrylsyra eller en blandning därav.
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4, kännetecknat därav, att tjockleken av det 30 tunna skiktet av monomervattenlösningen är 2-20, företrädesvis 3-8 mm, att det rörliga underlaget avkyls och att pH-värdet är 8-14 vid framställning av icke-joniska eller anjoniska polymerer och 2-8 vid framställning av katjonis-ka polymerer. 35
6. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-5, kännetecknat därav, att den vattenlösning som skall polymeriseras innehäller ett polymerisationstillsats-ämne, vilket utgörs av glukonsyra, dess natrium-, kalium-eller ammoniumsalt eller adipinsyra.
