Claims (10)
1. Förfarande för regenerering av betsyror som innehäller salpeter- ooh fluorvätesyra genom att inblanda betsyran i ca 60-procentig svavelsyra och avdunsta syrorna som är svagare än svavelsyran och genom att tillvarataga dessa i en kondensator samt genom att utkristallisera kontinuerligt de i svavelsyran lösta metallsalterna i tvä steg och konvertera dessa tili en svärlöslig järnkromfällning, medan nickeln kvarstär i lösningen, kännetecknat av att för befrämjande av utkristalliseringen deias metallsaltet i tvä delar: en huvudlinje och en sidolinje, varvid ätminstone en del av metallsaltet kristalliseras i sidolinjen och kristallerna förenas med huvudlinjens kristalliseringssteg och av den utvunna, sura, lösliga sulfatfällningen utfälls järnet som jarosit och kromen som hydroxid.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att moderlösningen som intas i sidolinjen uppvärms tili en temperatur av 120° - 250° C, företrädesvis 1500 _ 2200 c.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat av att svavelsyrans koncentration i sidolinjen är 70 - 85 %.
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven 1-3 kännetecknat av att den i sidolinjen bildade syrauppslamningen ätercirkuleras tili huvudlinjens kristalliseringssteg.
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven 1-4, kännetecknat av att den i sidolinjen skeende avdunstning-kristalliseringen utförs i en doppavdunstningsapparat.
6. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven 1 - 5, kännetecknat av att i hyvudlinjens kristalliseringssteg hälls moderlösningens kromhalt vid ett värde mindre än 15 g/1.
7. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven 1 - 6, kännetecknat av att i huvudlinjens kristalliseringssteg utfälls 70 - 90 % av det i moderlösningen ingäende järnet och 20 - 60 % av kromen i denna lösning.
8. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven 1 - 7,
