Claims (6)

1. Eristyskouruelementti, joka on lämmössä kovettuvalla sideaineella sidottua mineraalivillaa, tunnettu siitä, että se käsittää ulomman, läpikarkaistua mineraalivillalevyä olevan eristävän kerroksen (1), jossa on useita sinänsä tunnettuja , sisäpintaan tehtyjä, akselin suunnassa kulkevia, pääasiassa suljettuja ja alkuaan edullisimmin V-muotoi-sia rakoja (2), ja ulompaan kerrokseen (1) lämmössä kovettuvalla sideaineella yhdistetyn sisemmän kerroksen (3), joka on mineraalivillaa, jolla on sellainen paksuus ja tilavuus-paino, että se on sellaisenaan muotojäykkä samalla antaen ulommalle kerrokselle muotojäykkyyttä.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen eristyskouruelementti, tunnettu siitä, että rakojen (2) syvyys on 75-80 % ulomman kerroksen paksuudesta.
3. Menetelmä sellaisen erityskouruelementin valmistamiseksi, joka on lämmössä kovettuvalla sideaineella sidottua mineraalivillaa, tunnettu siitä, että mineraalivillaa oleva läpikarkaistu levy (1), jolla on haluttu paksuus, sinänsä tunnetulla tavalla varustetaan joukolla yhdensuuntaisia, edullisimmin V-muotoisia rakoja (2), ja että levy sen jälkeen sijoitetaan ulkomuottiin (4), jonka sisäläpimitta vastaa eristyskouruelementin haluttua ulkoläpimittaa, ja saatetaan mukautumaan siihen samalla kun raot (2) sulkeutuvat, että näin muodostetun levyn sisäpinnalle sovitetaan kerros (3) mineraalivillaa, joka sisältää kovettumatonta sideainetta, ja että tämä kerros puristetaan kokoon ulko-muotin kanssa samankeskisen sisämuotin (5) avulla, jonka muotin ulkoläpimitta vastaa putken ulkoläpimittaa, samalla kun lämpöväliainetta sinänsä tunnetulla tavalla johdetaan sisämuotin (5) läpi sideaineen kovettamiseksi ja kokoon-puristetun kerroksen yhdistämiseksi läpikarkaistuun mineraalivillaan (1), jolloin mainitulla kerroksella (3) on sellainen tilavuuspaino ja paksuus puristetussa tilassa, että se on itsessään muotojäykkää.
