Claims (12)
1. Förfarande för framställning av fiberarmerade, hydrauliskt bundna artiklar, omfattande steg, i vilka ett första skikt (10) bildas genom att sammanföra ett hydraliskt bindemedel (3) och ett kontinuerligt fibernätverksmaterial (6) pä en första trans-portör (1), ett andra skikt (11) bildas kontinuerligt genom att sammanföra ett hydraliskt bindemedel (5) och ett kontinuerligt fibernätverksmaterial (7) pä en andra transportör (2), en förut-bestämd vattenmängd avlägsnas frän vartdera skiktet och därefter bildas en sammansatt skiktstruktur (17) genom att placera det pä den ena transportören (1, 2) bildade skiktet ovanpä det pä den andra transportören (2, 1) bildade skiktet, sä att det ovanpä placerade skiktet vändes upp och ned, och framställa en artikel, kännetecknat av att vid bildandet av skikten placeras i vartdera skiktet (10, 11) ett flertal nätverk bestäende av sträckta, fibrillerade och expanderade filmer av polyolefinplast, och pä skiktet (10) pä den första transportören (1) placeras ett mellanskikt (12) före kontakten med det andra, pä den andra transportören (2) belägna skiktet (11).
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att mellanskiktet (12) innehäller ett bindemedel.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat av att det första (10) och det andra skiktet (11) samman-pressas i en pressanordning (8, 9) efter det de bragts i kontakt med varandra.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att plastfilmen bestär av polypropylen ellern polyetylen.
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4, kännetecknat av att de pä transportörerna (1, 2) avsatta skikten har en tjocklek av minst 1 mm. 1 Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-5, kännetecknat av att de pä den första och den andra transportören avsatta skikten är väsentligen likadana. 661 69 16

8. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-7, k ä n n e -tecknat av att den hydrauliska bindemedelscementen inne-häller partikelformiga fyllnadsmedel.
9. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-8, k ä n n e -tecknat av att det hydrauliska bindemedlet användes i form av en vattenuppslamning.
10. Anordning för användning vid förfarandet enligt patentkravet 1,kännetecknad av att den innefattar en rörlig, första ändlös transportör (1) och en andra, rörlig, ändlös trans-portör (2), som är försedd med en vals (8), över vilken den vid de bäda transportörernas rörelse rör sig i samma riktning som den första transportören utmed en del av dennas rörelsebana och i dennas omedelbara närhet, sä att pä de rörliga transportörerna (1, 2) tidigare avsatta skikt (10, 11) kommer i kontakt med minst en matningsanordning (3, 5), med vilken en vattenuppslamning av ett hydrauliskt bindemedel avsättes pä den första (1) och den andra transportören (2), minst en matningsanordning (20, 21) för avsättning av en fibernätverksbana (6, 7) pä transportörerna, en matningsanordning (4) för avsättning av ett mellanskikt (12) pä skiktet (10) pä den första transportören (1) och en anordning (14, 15) för avvattning av de pä den första och den andra transportören avsatta skikten (10, 11).
11. Anordning enligt patentkravet 10, kännetecknad av att matningsanordningen (20, 21) för fibermaterialet är an-ordnad att avsätta fibernätverksmaterialet pä transportörerna innan det hydrauliska bindemedlet avsättes pä transportörerna.
12. Anordning enligt patentkravet 10 eller 11, kännetecknad av att vid den första och den andra transportören (1, 2) är en sammanpressningsanordning (18) anordnad vid ett ställe, där transportörerna är mittför varandra, sä att de pä transportörerna avsatta skikten (10, 11) sammanpressas mot varandra.
