Claims (5)

1. Förfarande för framställning av fenolformaldehydskum, varvid man tillför en blandare, väri produktens uppehällstid varierar mellan cirka 5 och cirka 90 ss en resolfas och en novo-lackfas, varefter den bildade blandningen sprutas ut ur blandaren, kännetecknat därav, att resolfasen är homogen, har en viskositet mätt vid 20°C mellan 8 och 60 P och en hait av fasta ämnen mellan JO och 95 vikt-$, varvid en resol, som ingär i den angivna fasen erhälles genom polykondensation medelst en basisk katalysator av fenol och formaldehyd i ett molförhällande mellan 1:1,5 och 1:3; att novolackfasen är homogen och vattenfri, har en viskositet, mätt vid 20°C, mellan cirka 5 och cirka 300 P och innehäller 10 - 35 vikt-% jäsmedel och 70 - 90 vikt-% av en blandning, som innefattar ett äkta novolackharts, som erhällits genom polykondensation medelst en sur katalysator av en blandning av fenol och formaldehyd i ett molförhällande mellan 2:1 och 6:1, fenolsulfonsyra i en mängd av 5 - 10 vikt-56 beräknat pä blandningen av resolfas och novolackfas och eventuellt fri fenol av högst 30 vikt-55 beräknat pä mängden av novolackfasen; varvid de relativa viktmängderna resolfas är sädana att mängden av resolfas utgör 45 - 75 vikt-% av blandningen.
2. Förfarande enligt patenkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att novolackfasen innehäller 16 - 23 vikt-Ji jäsmedel, 10 -15 vikt-SS fenolsulfonsyra och 60 - 70 vikt-$ av ett äkta novolackharts, varvid mängden av resolfas i blandningen är i storleksord-ningen 50 vikt-?L
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att novolackfasen innehäller 16 - 23 vikt-$S jäsmedel, 20 -30 vikt-$ fenolsulfonsyra och 50 - 60 vikt-$ av en blandning, som innehäller MO - 90 vikt-55 av ett äkta novolackharts och 60 - 10 vikt-$ fenol, varvid mängden resolfas i blandningen varierar mellan 65 och 75 vikt-$.
