Abstract
Esillä olevan keksinnön erään esimerkkisovellutusmuodon mukaisesti esitellään laite (300), joka käsittää muistin (320) konfiguroituna tallentamaan käyttäjäkohtaisen kalibrointimetriikan ja vähintään yhden suoritinytimen (310) konfiguroituna määrittämään toimintatyyppitunniste toiminnalle, jota käyttäjä suorittaa, sekä määrittämään toiminnan käyttäjäkohtainen intensiteettitaso, missä käyttäjäkohtaisen intensiteettitason määrittäminen perustuu ainakin osittain toimintatyypin tunnisteeseen, käyttäjäkohtaiseen kalibrointimetriikkaan ja kinemaattisesta tai nopeusanturista saatuun dataan, ja saamaan aikaan käyttäjäkohtainen kalibrointimetriikka saamalla laite (300) osallistumaan kalibrointitoimenpiteeseen, missä kalibrointitoimenpide sisältää käyttäjän sykedatan viestimisen palvelimen kanssa.
Claims (20)
1. Laite (300) käsittäen:
- muistin (320) konfiguroituna tallentamaan käyttäjäkohtaisen kalibrointimetriikan;
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen laite (300), jossa kinemaattinen anturi käsittää vähintään toisen kiihtyvyysanturista ja kulmanopeusanturista.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen laite (300), jossa viestintä palvelimen kanssa käsittää sen,
20 että välitetään palvelimelle vähintään toinen seuraavista: käyttäjän sukupuoli ja käyttäjän ikä.
4. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-3 mukainen laite (300), jossa käyttäjäkohtainen kalibrointimetriikka käsittää kuvauksen joukolta kinemaattisen anturin datan ominaisuuksia joukolle käyttäjäkohtaisia intensiteettitasoja.

7. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-4 mukainen laite (300), jossa mainittu vähintään yksi prosessoriydin (310) on konfiguroitu määrittämään aktiviteettityyppitunniste perustuen tunnisteeseen aktiviteettityyppikohtaiselle urheiluvälineelle, jota käyttäjä käyttää aktiviteetin aikana.

8. Patenttivaatimuksen 7 mukainen laite (300), jossa aktiviteettityyppikohtainen urheiluväline käsittää vähintään yhden seuraavista: tennismaila, squashmaila ja nyrkkeilyhansikkaat.
9. Menetelmä käsittäen sen, että:
- tallennetaan (510) laitteeseen käyttäjäkohtainen kalibrointimetriikka;
10 - tunnettu siitä, että
- käsitellään (620) laitteessa vastaanotettu viesti, joka liittyy kalibrointiprosessiin ja käsittää käyttäjän sykedataa, ja
- saadaan aikaan (630) vastauksen laatiminen viestiin, missä vastaus käsittää käyttäjäkohtaisen kalibrointimetriikan, joka on määritetty perustuen ainakin osittain
10 kinemaattisesta anturista tai nopeusanturista kerättyyn dataan, tunnettu siitä, että mainittu vähintään yksi prosessoriydin (310) on lisäksi konfiguroitu: keräämään käyttäjäkohtaisen kalibrointimetriikan saamalla laitteen (300) osallistumaan kalibrointitoimenpiteeseen, missä kalibrointitoimenpide sisältää käyttäjän sykedatan viestimisen palvelimen kanssa.
11. Patenttivaatimuksen 9 tai 10 mukainen menetelmä, jossa viestintä palvelimen kanssa käsittää sen, että välitetään palvelimelle vähintään toinen seuraavista: käyttäjän sukupuoli ja käyttäjän ikä.
12. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 9-11 mukainen menetelmä, jossa käyttäjäkohtainen
13. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 9-12 mukainen menetelmä, jossa aktiviteettityyppitunniste määritetään perustuen aktiviteetin aikana kerättyyn anturidataan.
14. Patenttivaatimuksen 13 mukainen menetelmä käsittäen lisäksi sen, että kerätään anturidata kinemaattiselta anturilta.
15 mainittuun kuvaukseen sekä käyttäjän sykedataan, missä käyttäjäkohtainen kalibrointimetriikka mahdollistaa ainakin osittain aktiviteetin käyttäjäkohtaisen intensiteettitason määrittämisen silloin, kun käyttäjällä ei ole päällään sykeanturia.
15 määritetään perustuen tunnisteeseen aktiviteettityyppikohtaiselle urheiluvälineelle, jota käyttäjä käyttää aktiviteetin aikana.
15. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 9-12 mukainen menetelmä, jossa aktiviteettityyppitunniste
15 - määritetään (520) aktiviteettityyppitunniste aktiviteetille, jota käyttäjä harjoittaa;
- määritetään (530) aktiviteetin käyttäjäkohtainen intensiteettitaso silloin, kun käyttäjällä ei ole päällään sykeanturia, missä käyttäjäkohtaisen intensiteettitason määrittäminen perustuu ainakin osittain aktiviteettityyppitunnisteeseen, käyttäjäkohtaiseen kalibrointimetriikkaan sekä kinemaattisesta anturista tai nopeusanturista kerättyyn dataan,
20 tunnettu siitä, että
- kerätään (540) käyttäjäkohtainen kalibrointimetriikka saamalla laite osallistumaan kalibrointitoimenpiteeseen, missä kalibrointitoimenpide sisältää käyttäjän sykedatan viestimisen palvelimen kanssa.
25 10. Patenttivaatimuksen 9 mukainen menetelmä, jossa kinemaattinen anturi käsittää vähintään toisen kiihtyvyysanturista ja kulmanopeusanturista.

- vähintään yksi prosessoriydin (310) konfiguroituna käsittelemään laitteessa vastaanotetun viestin, joka liittyy kalibrointiprosessiin ja käsittää käyttäjän sykedataa, ja saamaan laadituksi viestiin vastauksen, joka käsittää käyttäjäkohtaisen kalibrointimetriikan, joka on määritetty perustuen ainakin osittain mainittuun kuvaukseen sekä käyttäjän sykedataan, missä käyttäjäkohtainen kalibrointimetriikka mahdollistaa ainakin osittain aktiviteetin käyttäjäkohtaisen intensiteettitason määrittämisen silloin, kun käyttäjällä ei ole päällään sykeanturia.
18. Menetelmä käsittäen sen, että:
- tallennetaan (610) kuvaus ensimmäiseltä joukolta toiselle joukolle, missä ensimmäinen joukko käsittää sukupuolen, iän sekä aktiviteettityypin ja toinen joukko käsittää kalibrointiinformaation;
19. Tietokoneohjelma konfiguroituna saamaan aikaan vähintään yhden patenttivaatimuksista 9-16
20 tai 18 mukaisen menetelmän suorittamisen.
