Claims (13)
1. Menetelmä betonituotteen nostamiseksi nostopuomilla (1), jossa menetelmässä nostopuomi siirretään nostettavan betonituotteen yläpuolelle nosturilla, nostopuomin nostokoukut (8, 8’) asetetaan nostettavassa betonituotteessa sijaitseviin nostolenkkeihin, ja nosto suoritetaan nostamalla nostopuomia yhdessä betonituotteen kanssa nosturilla, tunnettu siitä, että ainakin yhden nostettavan betonituotteen nostolenkin paikka tunnistetaan nostopuomin (1) ohjausjärjestelmällä (15), joka ohjausjärjestelmä siirtää ainakin yhden nostokoukun (8, 8’) nostopuomia pitkin nostolenkin paikkaan.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jossa ohjausjärjestelmä (15) siirtää nostokoukkuja (8, 8’) samanaikaisesti ja saman etäisyyden nosto-puomin (1) keskeltä vastakkaisiin suuntiin ainakin yhden nostolenkin tunnistetun paikan perusteella.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen menetelmä, jossa ohjausjärjestelmä (15) siirtää nostopuomia (1) nostettavan betonituotteen suhteen, tai osoittaa suunnan johon nostopuomia on siirrettävä, ensimmäisen nostolenkin paikan tunnistamisen jälkeen toisen nostolenkin paikan tunnistamiseksi ja nosto-koukkujen (8, 8’) sijoittamiseksi mainittujen nostolenkkien yläpuolelle.
4. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-3 mukainen menetelmä, jossa nostokouk-kujen (8, 8’) vertikaalisia asemia suhteessa nostopuomiin (1) säädetään ohjausjärjestelmällä (15)
5. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-4 mukainen menetelmä, jossa nostokouk-kujen (8, 8’) asettaminen nostolenkkeihin lukitsee nostokoukut nostolenkkeihin.
6. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-5 mukainen menetelmä, jossa ohjausjärjestelmä (15) irrottaa nostokoukut (8, 8’) nostolenkeistä betonituotteen noston jälkeen.
7. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-6 mukainen menetelmä, jossa nostokouk-kujen ja nostopuomin (1) pituuden välistä kohtisuoraa vaakatasoista etäisyyttä ohjataan ohjausjärjestelmällä (15).
8. Nostopuomi (1) betonituotteen nostamiseksi, joka nostopuomi on konfigu-roitu kiinnitettäväksi nosturin koukkuun, ja joka nostopuomi käsittää ainakin kaksi nostokoukkua (8, 8’), tunnettu siitä, että nostopuomi (1) käsittää välineet (16) ainakin yhden nostettavassa betonituotteessa olevan nostolenkin paikan tunnistamiseksi, välineet (9, 9’, 11, 11’, 12, 13, 14, 14’) ainakin yhden nosto-koukun (8, 8’) siirtämiseksi nostopuomia pitkin, sekä ohjausjärjestelmän (15) näiden välineiden ohjaamiseksi.
9. Patenttivaatimuksen 8 mukainen nostopuomi (1), jossa välineen (16) ainakin yhden nostettavassa betonituotteessa olevan nostolenkin paikan tunnistamiseksi käsittävät konenäkökameran, etäisyysanturin, RFID-tunnisteen tunnistimen ja/tai induktioanturin.
10. Patenttivaatimuksen 8 tai 9 mukainen nostopuomi (1), jossa välineet nos-tokoukkujen siirtämiseksi nostopuomia pitkin käsittävät kelkan (9, 9’) kullekin nostokoukulle (8, 8’), joka kelkka on kiinnitetty siirrettävästi nostopuomiin, johon kelkkaan nostokoukku on kiinnitetty pystysuunnassa säädettävästi, sekä hydrauli- tai sähkömoottorin (12) kelkkaparin siirtämiseksi samanaikaisesti vastakkaisiin suuntiin puomia pitkin.
11. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 8-10 mukainen nostopuomi (1), jossa nosto-koukku (8, 8’) käsittää kaksi koukun muotoista osaa (21, 21’), jotka osat jotka ovat konfiguroitu kiinnittämään itsensä nostolenkkiin vastakkaisilta puolilta nos-tolenkkiä.
12. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 8-11 mukainen nostopuomi (1), jossa kaksi tai useampia nostopuomeja on liitetty toisiinsa olennaisesti vaakatasossa nos-topuomien välissä ulottuvalla liitospuomilla, johon liitospuomiin nostopuomit on liitetty siirrettävästi.
13. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 8-12 mukainen nostopuomi (1), jossa nosto-puomin ohjausjärjestelmä (12) käsittää välineet nostopuomia nostavan ja siirtävän nosturin ohjaamiseksi, tai välineet sen suunnan osoittamiseksi, johon nostopuomia tulee siirtää.
