Claims (14)
1. Förfarande för kvantifiering av de mängder prestations-kemikalier, som valts frän den grupp som bestär av vätstyrke-5 medel, stärkelser och retentionsmedel, hydrofoberingsmedel och bindningsbrytande medel, som reagerat och/eller kvarblivits med cellulosafibrerna i fluffmassa och/eller paper, vilket förfarande inbegriper (I) utveckling av en kalibreringsmodell genom 10 (I.a) registrering av absorptions-, reflektions- eller emissionsspektralrädata hos referensprov av papper eller fluffmassa, som innehäller kända mängder av prestations-kemikalierna, för att utveckla en inlärningsserie; I (I.b) bearbetning av spektralradata frän de registrerade 15 spektra för att minska brus och reglera för drift och spridning av diffust ljus; och (I.c) genomförande av en dataanalys pä inlärningsserien, varvid de bearbetade spektraldata för referensprovena överförs tili latenta variabler pä grundval av huvud-20 komponentanalys, och tillämpning av kemometrisk teknik pä de latenta variablerna för att finna det matematiska uttrycket för kalibreringsmodellen; och (II) registrering av absorptions-, reflektions- eller emissionsspektralrädata hos ett prov av papper och/eller 25 fluffmassa innehällande okända mängder kemikalier; • · · i .* bearbetning av spektralrädata enligt (I.b); omvandling av de ' bearbetade spektraldata tili latenta variabler enligt (I.c) * · och applicering av den utvecklade kalibreringsmodellen pä de ‘ * latenta variablerna för att bestämma de okända mängderna av 30 de reagerade och/eller kvarblivna prestationskemikalierna.
