Claims (12)

1. Phaffia-cell transformerad med DNA, kännetecnad därav, att nämnda DNA omfattar 5 a) en i nämnda Phaffia-cell uttryckande önskad gen, b) en Phaffia-promotor heterologisk för nämnda önskade uttryckande gen och operabelt kopplad darmed. 10
2. Phaffia-cell enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att Phaffia-promotorn är en aktinpromotor.
3. Phaffia-cell enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknad 15 därav, att nämnda DNA ytterligare omfattar en selektiv markör.

10. Förfarande för att framställa en önskad produkt, kännetecknat därav, att transformerade Phaffia-celler enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3 odlas under lämpliga förhällanden : 30 för att framställa nämnda önskade produkt.
