Claims (20)

1. Jästcell som former uttrycka termolabila amylo-lytiska enzym som ett resultat av att den medelst rekom- 5 binant-DNA-teknologi erhallit DNA-sekvenser fran en donor- jästcell, kännetecknad av att jästcellen förmar uttrycka Schwanniomyces οί-amylas och glukoamylas som ett resultat av att den erhällit DNA-sekvenser fran en Schwannio-myces-donorjäst, vilka DNA-sekvenser omfattar sekvenser som 10 kodar nämnda a-amylas och glukoamylas.
