Claims (6)
1. Förfarande för att höja sträckgränsen hos kallvalsade stälstycken som en linje i en del av en lineär tillverkningsprocess, varvid ett platt stalband som innehäller 0,01-0,25 % koi och 0,001-0,006 % kväve, kallvalsas tili den önskade strukturella 5 formen utgäende frän bandets enkla form, kännetecknat av att förfarandet innefat-tar steg för att föra stälstycket, som ätminstone delvis undergätt en förutbestämd formförändring, genom ett upphettningssteg, där stälstyckets temperatur höjs tili omrädet 200 °C - 500 °C, för at t halla stälstyckets temperatur i derma temperatur-intervall under en period mellan tvä sekunder - 30 sekunder, varvid kombinationen 10 av temperatur och tid väljs i nämnda omräde och intervall sä, att en pä förhand be-stämd deformationsäldring ästadkoms, och för att nedkyla stälstycket efter upp-värmningen och deformationsäldringen, samt för att därefter slutligt kallforma stälstycket.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att stälstyckets temperatur 15 höjs tili omrädet 200 °C - 450 °C under 2-30 sekunder, och att stälstyckenas temperatur sedan halls vid ätminstone 440 °C under 1-15 sekunder.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknat av att stälstyckets temperatur höjs tili omrädet 350 °C - 400 °C under 2-10 sekunder, och att temperaturen hälls mellan 440 °C - 460 °C under 2-6 sekunder. 20
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat av att stälstyckets kylningsskede sänker styckets temperatur till under 90 °C före därpäföljande kall-formning.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 4, kännetecknat av att steget för stälstyckenas kylningsskede sänker styckets temperatur tili mellan 25 °C - 45 °C före nästa där- 25 päföljande kallformning.
6. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven, kännetecknat av att stegen för att höja temperaturen och upprätthälla denna högre temperatur utförs genom att pä förhand upphetta stälstycket och därefter belägga det med en lineär galvaniseringsbe- handling.
