Claims (16)

1. Process för framställning av homo- eller kopolymerer av propen, dari propen polyme-riseras i närvaro av en katalysator i huvudsakligen propen inn ehäl lande reaktionsmedium vid 5 en temperatur och ett tryck, som ligger over den kritiska temperaturen och det kritiska trycket for propen, kännetecknad av att polymerisationen utfors ätmin stone i en loop-reaktor sä, att den bildade polymeren bildas i partikelform under forhällanden, där uppehällstiden är över 15 min, temperaturen högst 110 °C och trycket högst 80 bar. ίο

4. Process enligt krav 3, kännetecknad av att polymerisationstemperaturen i den forsta reaktom är 50-80 °C och polymerisationstemperaturen och trycket i den andra reaktom är 92-110 °C och 46-80 bar. 20
5. Process enligt krav 3 eller 4, kännetecknad av att i den forsta polymerisationsfasen : ; inmatas väte i en koneentration av 0-15 mol/kmol, fordelaktigt 0-3 mol/kmol propen och i den andra polymerisationsfasen inmatas väte i en koncentration av 0,001-100 mol, fordelaktigt 5-15 mol/kmol propen. 25

7. Process enligt krav 3 eller 4, därvid de bäda polymerisationsfasema utfors under 30 superkritiska forhällanden.
8. Process enligt krav 1 eller 2, kännetecknad av att den innefattar en loop-reaktor, dari polymerisationen utfors under superkritiska forhällanden, och en gasfasreaktor, därvid i 17 105820 polymerisationsmediet ätminstone delvis avlägsnas innan polymeren matas in i gasfasreak-tom.
9. Process enligt nägot av de föregäende kraven, kännetecknad av att temperaturen och 5 trycket i gasfasreaktom är 60-100 °C och 10-40 bar.

13. Process enligt krav 11, kännetecknad av att katalysatoren har förpolymeriserats med propen vid temperaturen 20-80 °C innan den matas in i reaktom.
