Claims (3)

1. Styrkrets för styrning av en halvledarkomponent (2), vilken halv-ledarkomponent omfattar en emitter (E), en kollektor (C) och ett styre (G), var-vid styrkretsen omfattar ett styrdon (GD) för styret, vars utgäng Sr kopplad till 5 styret (G) hos den halvledarkomponent som skall styras, kännetecknad av att styrkretsen dessutom omfattar en resistanskoppling (1), i vilken tvä seriekopplingar av dioder (V1, V2) och motständ (R1, R2) är antiparallellkopplade och förenade mellan halv-ledarkomponentens (2) emitter (E) och nollpotentialen (Com) hos styrets styr-10 don (GD) och en äterkopplingskondensator (C1), som är kopplad mellan halv-ledarkomponentens (2) kollektor (C) och den ände av resistanskopplingen (1) som är kopplad till nollpotentialen (Com) hos styrets styrdon.

Styrkrets enligt patentkrav 1, varvid halvledarkomponenten dess-15 utom omfattar en hjälpemitter, kännetecknad av att resistanskopplingen (1) omfattar tvä seriekopplingar av dioder (V1, V2) och motständ (R1, R2), av vilka den första seriekopplingen (V1, R1) är kopplad mellan nollpotentialen (Com) hos styrets styrdon och halvledarkomponentens hjälpemitter (AE), varvid diodens (V1) anod är kopplad till halvledarkomponentens hjälpemitter, och 20 den andra seriekopplingen (V2, R2) mellan nollpotentialen (Com) hos styrets styrdon och halvledarkomponentens emitter (E), varvid diodens (V2) katod är kopplad till halvledarkomponentens emitter.
3. Styrkrets enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknad av att halvledarkomponenten (2) är en IGB-transistor. 1 i * ·
