PROCEDIMIENTO PARA FACILITAR EL CONFORMADO EN FRIO DE MATERIALES DE HIERRO.CONSISTE EN LA APLICACION DE UN RECUBRIMIENTO DE FOSFATO SOBRE LA SUPERFICIE DE LOS MATERIALES DE HIERRO, MEDIANTE UNA SOLUCION DE FOSFATACION ACUOSA ACIDA QUE CONTIENE IONES DE ZINC E HIDROXILAMINA COMO ACELERANTE. EN REALIDAD LOS MATERIALES DE HIERRO REACCIONAN CON UNA SOLUCION DE FOSFATACION QUE CONTIENE ENTRE 7,5 Y 75 G/L DE IONES DE ZINC Y ENTRE 0,1 Y 10 G/L DE HIDROXILAMINA. DE APLICACION EN SUPERFICIES METALICAS PARA MEJORAR SU RESISTENCIA FRENTE A LA CORROSION Y PARA AUMENTAR LA ADHERENCIA DE LA PINTURA QUE SE APLICA A CONTINUACION.
