METODO PARA LA FOSFATACION DE SUPERFICIES METALICAS DE HIERRO Y ACERO, MEDIANTE LA UTILIZACION DE UNA SOLUCION DE FOSFATACION ACIDA ACELERADA POR NITRATO Y CON CONTENIDO DE IONES DE ZINC Y MANGANESO. CARACTERIZADO PORQUE LAS SUPERFICIES METALICAS DE HIERRO O ACERO SE HACEN REACCIONAR QUIMICAMENTE, A TEMPERATURAS DE TRATAMIENTO COMPRENDIDAS ENTRE 50 Y 98 GRADOS, CON UNA SOLUCION DE FOSFATACION QUE CONTIENE POR LO MENOS 0,6 GRADOS POR LITRO DE IONES DE MANGANESO. PARA LA ACTIVACION DE LAS SUPERFICIES DE HIERRO O ACERO A FOSFATAR PUEDEN ADICIONARSE AL BAÑO IONES DE NIQUEL, COBALTO, COBRE O SIMILARES. DE APLICACION EN SUPERFICIES METALICAS DE HIERRO O ACERO PARA PROTECCION ANTICORROSIVA DE LAS MISMAS.
