Abstract
Demir,çelik, çinko, çinko alasimlari, alüminyum ya da alminyum alasimlarindan olusan metalik yüzeyler üzerinde fosfat tabakalarinin olusmasi için sulu, fosfat içeren bir çözelti tarif edilmekte olup bu çözelti 0,3 ila 5 g kadar Zn2+/1, 0,1 ila 2 g kadar nitroguanidin /1 ve 0,05 ila 0,5 kadar hidroksilamin/1 içerir ve bu arda S degeri 0,03 ila 0,3 kadar ve Zn2+'nin P2O5 'e agirlik orani 1:5 ila 1:30 oranindadir. Öte yandan metalik yüzeylerin temizlenmesinden sonra anilan sulu, fosfat içeren çözeltisinin ile 5 saniye ila 10 dakika arasinada geçen bir süre içinde 15 ila 70 derece sicaklikta uygulandigi ve ardindan su ile durulandigi bir fosfatlastirma yöntemi tarif edilir.
