SE PRODUCE CULTIVANDO UN NUEVO MICROORGANISMO NOCARDIOOIDES SP.CEPA N.O C45.009 O UN MUTANTE, EN UN MEDIO DE CULTIVO CONVENCIONAL, ENTRE 25J Y 30JC Y EL PH ENTRE 6 Y 8,5. EL CALDO COMPLEMENTO DE LA FERMENTACION SE EXTRAE CON ACETATO DE ETILO MEZCLADO CON TIERRA DE DIATOMEAS Y SE FILTRA; SE SEPARA LA PARTE ORGANICA Y SE CONCENTRA POR EVAPORACION, EL EXTRACTO CRUDO DEL ANTIBIOTICO SE REPARTE EN UN DISOLVENTE HIDROCARBONADO ALIFATICO Y AGUA AL 10% EN METANOL, A LA FASE HIDROMETANOLICA SE AÑADE UN 25% MAS DE AGUA, EXTRAYENDO LA SOLCUION CON TETRACLORURO DE CARBONO; LA FASE DE AGUA EN METANOL 1:3 SE DILUYE EN AGUA A 7:13 EXTRAYENDO LA SOLUCION CON CLOROFORMO; LOS EXTRACTOS CONSEGUIDOS SE EVAPORAN AL VACIO, DANDO RESIDUOS QUE SE REUNEN Y SON CROMATOGRAFICADOS EN TIERRA DE DIATOMEAS; LAS FRACCIONES APROPIADAS SE EVAPORAN A SEQUEDAD.
