CARACTERIZADO PORQUE SE REALIZA UN DESGASIFICADO MEDIANTE DILATACION DE LOS CANALES INTERNOS DE LAS HORTALIZAS, SEGUIDO DE UNA IMPREGNACION MEDIANTE LIQUIDO; PORQUE LA DILATACION SE PROVOCA POR UNA PUESTA BAJO VACIO INSTANTANEA HASTA ALCANZAR UN VALOR DE VACIO INTERMEDIO, BAJO EL CUAL LA HORTALIZA NO SE DESTRUYE; Y PORQUE SE FORMA ANTES DEL DESGASIFICADO, EN LA SUPERFICIE DE LA HORTALIZA, UN GEL CAPAZ DE RETENER LOS GASES RESIDUALES QUE SE ENCUENTRAN EN LOS CANALES DE LA HORTALIZA.
