Abstract
Appareil prévu pour traiter en continu des produits alimentaires, notamment des champignons et réalisant sans discontinuité une élimination d'air inclus dans lesdits produits et le remplacement de celui-ci par une solution à caractéristiques diverses. Appareil constitué par une chambre, fixée à un certain niveau au-dessus du sol, dans laquelle est maintenu un vide déterminé, elle est reliée au sol par des joints hydrostatiques qui constituent également sas d'entrée et sortie des produits traiter.
