Abstract

PROCEDIMIENTO DE PREPARACION DE DERIVADOS DEL ACIDO 2-TIOFENO-ACETICO.CONSISTE EN QUE POR LA REACCION DE UN ALDEHIDO DE FORMULA R-CHO, EN PRESENCIA DE UN DERIVADO HALOGENADO DE FORMULA H-HAL, SOBRE UN PRODUCTO DE FORMULA (II), Y EN MEDIO ORGANICO (CLORURO DE METILENO) SE OBTIENEN LOS COMPUESTOS DE FORMULA (III). DICHOS PRODUCTOS REACCIONAN CON UN PRODUCTO DE FORMULA A-CN, EN LA QUE REPRESENTA UN ATOMO DE METAL ALCALINO, EN MEDIO ORGANICO (CLORURO DE METILENO), CON UN CATALIZADOR COMO CLORURO DE TRIETILBENCILAMONIO Y EN TRANSFERENCIA DE FASE SE OBTIENENLOS PRODUCTOS DE FORMULA (IV). POR POSTERIOR HIDROLISIS TIENE POR OBJETO TRANSFORMAR EL NITRILO EN SAL CON PREFERENCIA DE SODIO DEL ACIDO BUSCADO. SE PURIFICA LA FASE ACUOSA CON UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO. FINALMENTE SE ADIFICA LA FASE ACUOSA Y SE EXTRAE EL PRODUCTO DE FORMULA (I), EN LA QUE R, R1, R2, R3 PUEDEN SER RADICALES MESILO, ETILO, TERC-BUTILO. SE REALIZA DESDE TEMPERATURAS DE C5JC.
