Y 60 G., Y FORMADAS A TEMPERATURAS ENTRE 500 C Y 600 C. TAMBIEN SE INCORPORA CUARZO GRANULAR DE TAMAÑO DE GRANO ENTRE 3 MM. Y 12 MM. EN PRIMPER LUGAR REACCIONA EL CUARZO CON LAS BRIQUETAS, A TEMPERATURAS SUPERIORES A 1.600 C, CON FORMACION DE MONOXIDO DE CARBONO, CARBURO DE SILICIO Y FUSION DEL CUARZO GRANULAR; EN SEGUNDO LUGAR SE PRODUCE LA REACCION DEL CARBURO DE SILICIO Y EL CUARZO FUNDIDO A TEMPERATURAS ENTRE 1.800 C Y 2.000 C, FORMANDOSE MONOXIDO DE CARBONO Y SILICIO.
