Abstract
Procedimiento para la preparación de hidruros de magnesio Mg, caracterizado porque se hace reaccionar magnesio con hidrógeno, en presencia de un catalizador consistente en un compuesto de un metal de los grupos secundarios 4º a 8º del sistema periódico y de un compuesto órgano metálico o un hidruro, M-C o M-H, de los metales M de los grupos principales 1º a 3º, así como eventualmente en presencia de un activador A, tal como un compuesto aromático policíclico o una amina terciaria, así como eventualmente en presencia de un halogenuro MgX2 con X = cloro, bromo o yodo.
