Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO DE OBTENCION DE LA SAL DE D-DIAMONIO DEL ANTIBIOTICO DE OXA-BETA-LACTAMA. CONSTA DE LAS SIGUIENTES ETAPAS: 1. ADICION DE ACETONA O UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE ACIDO OXA-BETA-LACTAMA. 2. REACCION DE LA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE ACETONA DE DICHO ACIDO A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 15 A 30GC CON HIDROXIDO DE AMONIO HASTA QUE EL PH DE LA SOLUCION ESTE ENTRE <<B>> Y 7,5. 3. DILUIR LA SOLUCION CON ACETONA HASTA EL PUNTO DE TURBIDEZ. 4. CRISTALIZAR EL EPIMERO D OBTENIDO. 5. OPCIONALMENTE, ENRIQUECER LA SAL DE DIAMONIO D MEDIANTE CROMATOGRAFIA EN LIQUIDO A ALTA PRESION. 6.OPCIONALMENTE, DILUIR A UNA TEMPERATURA ENTRE 20 Y 30GC UNA SOLUCION DE LA SAL DE DIAMONIO ENRIQUECIDA O NO EN EL EPIMERO D EN AGUA, CON UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO MISCIBLE EN AGUA HASTA QUE LA SOLUCION ALCANZA EL PUNTO DE TURBIDEZ Y CRISTALIZAR EL EPIMERO D, LIBRE DEL EPIMERO L; EL PH SE AJUSTA CON UNA SOLUCION DE HIDROXIDO DE AMONIO EN ACETONA A UNA CONCENTRACION DE 1N Y 1,5N.
