Claims (3)
- 다음 구조식(Ⅱ)의 옥사 -β-락탐 이산 수용액에 아세톤을 가하고, 이 수성아세톤 용액에 수산화암모늄을 용액의 pH가 6내지 7.5로 될때까지 15°내지 30℃에서 가하고, 아세톤으로 담점까지 용액을 더 희석하고, L-에피머가 거의 없는 상기 디암모늄염의 D-에피머를 석출시키고 임의로, 고압 액체 크로마토그라피에 의해 석출된 D 디암모늄염의 농도를 높이고, 임의로, D-에피머의 농도를 높인 디암모늄염 수용액을 20℃ 내지 30℃에서 수혼화성 유기용매로 담점까지 희석하고, L-에피머가 거의 없는 D-에피머를 석출시켜 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)의 옥사 -β-락탐 항생물집의 D-디암모늄 염을 L-디암모늄염이 거의 없는 결정형으로 제조하는 방법.
